READY MADE ORDERS are processed and will leave my studio within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays & weekends. Shipping times may vary, but I work my hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

MADE TO ORDER - please allow 2-3 weeks for your garment to be processed.

The processing time for made to order items does not include the shipping time.

NOTE: if an order also includes a product that is made to order, the order will only be shipped to you after the made to order product is also ready for shipment.

All orders are issued tracking numbers once shipped and I will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched.

I accept returns postmarked within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused and unworn. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable.

Unclaimed packages that are returned to me will not be eligible for a refund. Any postage costs to resend the package will be the responsibility of the customer.

All my products are send in biodegradable packaging.

PAYMENT METHODS

 

The customer may pay the purchase price and delivery costs by:

• Bank transfer to IBAN SK72 0900 0000 0052 3823 0634, held at Slovenská sporiteľňa, a.s.
  
  
• Payment gateway Comgate, a.s.
  The service provider, Comgate a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments processed through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted. For more information and contacts, visit comgate.eu.

Card Payment

The Comgate payment gateway supports Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay payments.

Bank transfer

Mobile app payment — customer logs into their banking app and confirms a pre-filled payment order. Can be instant if the bank supports it.

PSD2 payment — Open Banking transfer, processed via Komerční banka. Customer is redirected to their online banking to confirm instantly.

Online bank transfer — customer is redirected to their internet banking where a pre-filled payment order awaits. Amount and details cannot be changed.

QR payment — customer scans a QR code from their computer screen using their banking app. Available for CZK and EUR only.

Standard bank transfer (no instant confirmation) — manual entry of payment details. Confirmation takes up to the next business day. Used as a fallback for banks not on the list.
