If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, I'm here to help!
I accept returns postmarked within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused, unworn and returned in original packaging. You can exchange your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method. Please note that the original postage costs are non-refundable.
Discounted and made to order items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unclaimed packages that are returned to me will not be eligible for a refund. Any postage costs to resend the package will be the responsibility of the customer.
PLEASE NOTE: you are responsible for any taxes you might incur from your country if ordering outside the EU.
